Puts to music what we all feel every June. This is a Pearl Jam song called Santa Cruz, but Eddie changed the lyrics as he clearly fell in love with Telluride. Song starts at a little before 2 minutes, wine induced banter up until then. Now if I could just get this out of my head.
way way cool :thumbsup thank you for sharing. Could only make one telluride festival…chose bluegrass. :flower
I also opted out, even living in Ophir. Too much $$$ for a very lopsided lineup which carried very little interest for me aside from checking out PJ for the first time (and Jerry Joseph & the JM’s). This past Ride was probably the highest cost per day of any festival in the history of Town Park … although all festivals are starting to creep up there in cost … including bluegrass … which is unfortunate for locals who are on a budget and volunteering becomes onerous when you start adding up the time.
Thanks for posting…we were wondering what original PJ song that was
fly into CO to see Pearl Jam play RIDE and it was worth every penny!
band of heathens version of brown eyed women was top shelf. same as the green hash.
