I’m sure PB will do their best to find something to fill in. I’m sure this is a shock to them and Mumford as much to all of us. Can’t be upset about a health condition.
I hope so!! Especially for Thursday night. So sad to be missing out on Mumford and Sons… I always seem to miss them for one reason or another. :sorry
This stinks for many reasons. Glad to hear Ted is doing ok, but canceling the shows is probably best for him and the band. They’ll be back. Old Crow is free on the 20th, no Mumford but would be good last minute replacement.
So glad Ted is doing well and wish him a speedy recovery! Also glad I can stop trying to figure out a way to get into their Nightgrass show :).

No doubt I am hugely dissapointed. I was rather hoping for a replacement bass player at worst, but I am happy I got to see them last week at least, and in no way will this diminish my festivaaaaaal! I hope he gets well soon, and I am still getting the shirt if I can still get help. Maybe PB has the contact info and can ship it for us?

You are all so thoughtful to think of this. Every once in a while it IS brain surgery! Maybe the tarp/shirt/card thing doesn’t have to be though.
I wonder if a tarp could be pinned up on the general store tent that faces the beer tent? That would be accessible to all- or the fence near where the map is at the main entrance? Would either work without making things difficult for PBG? If there was a cup placed there to accept sharpie donations it would help. I’d be happy to bring a few. Sharpies do work on both old and new tarps, just gave it a try on both.

I love this idea. And I love that festivarians are the ones that came up with the idea and want to carry it out. Other festivals just can’t compete with Telluride!
