Anyone else have issues getting pre-registration approved for the pre sale? I used my same email address that I used the last few times we have purchased tickets and attended. I’ve never even resold tickets to TBF, so not sure why my email wouldn’t be approved. For context - I didn’t get an email saying I had been denied or anything, I just haven’t received an email confirming my pre-reg approval either!
Not sure why you haven’t gotten your approval email. Just for reference, I got mine yesterday the 9th posted at 2:50 in the afternoon.

I too didn’t receive an approval. I have a message into PB and will share anything I learn.

wowza! That is wild! I just called TBF and they double checked my email and said it is on the approvals list, but for some reason I just must not have gotten the approval email. She said that I should get an email with the passcode tomorrow and if I don’t to call the office and they’ll give me one! I hope you hear the same news!

Sounds like they had a number of these approval emails bounce back. They’re working on manually sending confirmations to those affected.

I think emails just didn’t get sent out appropriately. I didn’t receive either but also called PB and was told approved
