commemorative 72-page magazine

In celebration of the canceled 47th Telluride Bluegrass Festival and in support of the Festivarian Fallow Fund, I am pleased to announce a high-quality, 72-page, 8.5 x 11, glossy magazine featuring 154 color and B&W photographs of Festivarians doing what they do best (which is festivating, of course). The photographs were taken between 2011 and 2019. This project was initially conceived as a commemorative piece, similar to the collector’s magazine that Life published on Woodstock. Eventually, the idea morphed into a fundraiser for the Fallow Fund. Accordingly, $10 of every magazine purchased will be donated to the Fund, and I will kick in another $2. Your cost of the magazine is $25 plus shipping. In true Festivarian spirit, please note that there is no money for me personally here (in fact, I am doing this at a loss).

You can preview the entire magazine and order it here: https://www.blurb.com/b/10170138. So order your copy, tell all your tarp mates, and help support Planet Bluegrass, the musicians, KOTO, and other nonprofits in Telluride and Lyons at the same time!

I just got a new link for this magazine. Here it is: https://www.blurb.com/b/10178839-festivarians

Get a copy and support the Fallow Fund detailed above. Your cost is $25 (plus shipping), and $12 of that price goes to the Fund!

I just got my magazine and it’s a blast to look through! Lots of characters, costumes, and festivation, as well as many beautiful portraits. So sad we couldn’t gather there this summer. This is a fun way to feel the spirit of TBF and to share it with friends who’ve never been. I like supporting a good cause too.
