Pretty much. I would come to the festival WITH cash in hand already. They should have ATM’s inside the fest, but I would imagine they have higher fees associated with withdrawals!
Bring cash. I recall the ATMs in town running out of money at some point during the week every year
Dispensaries only take cash, so essentially, yes.
