Camping just before summer

I remember snow before at TBF. How many times has it snowed? :huh
I have to think this will be the most memorable end to the festival, until the next snow year. Anybody have problems due to the snow?

I remember snow, but mostly just Graupel.
Most times I remember it was just enough of a flurry
to let you know it happened. I only remember waking
up to snow maybe once or twice and I could not tell you
the years. Last night was possibly the most unpleasant
that I can recall. I recall feeling so glad that we didn’t have
to get in line. I was not as prepared as I have been previously.
I will be next time.

The snow was a bit of a pain on our way back to Denver. Summit County had significant snowfall…it was gorgeous, but a lot prettier in December. :thumbsup

packing up in the rain and mud was hard since everything was soggy and wet, but the snow on the mtns sure did look pretty. Seemed more like January thanJune. Once I got to Trout Lake it was sunny and warm! The timing of the storm wasn’t great, but I guess we all survived.

There were plenty of busted up EZ-ups in the trash because of the weight of the snow. :eek
I didn’t hear anything, but I sure hope nobody’s tents collapsed during the night while they were sleeping.
