Friday, September 3, is the last installment of the summer’s free Border Bash concerts on State Street. Children’s activities, crafters and concessions (Eatz BBQ!) start up at 6:00; Hoots and Hellmouth and The Joshua Panda Band will commence playing at 7:00.
