I recommend calling Planet Bluegrass and asking about this. I imagine they want to minimize the number of four wheeled vehicles traveling around the area so they probably have addressed this before. :cheers

I doubt if Planet Bluegrass will allow you to bring in a golf cart from outside the property.
You’d be better off trying to rent a wheelchair or mobility scooter mainly due to the size difference.
