Bloody Mary's anyone?

Hooch = hero

I’ll bring 4 cans of tomato juice, 1 bottle of hot sauce, and some fun condiments :flower

:wave THE HOOCH UPDATE! :wave

Here is what we still need :

1 handle of vodka
5 cans of tomato
3 bottles worcestershire
4 bottles of tabasco
6 bottles of lime juice
6 jars horseradish

Garnishes and condiments are always in need, but great job in getting the tomato juice! :thumbsup :clap

Those wanting mimosas need a few more bottles of champagne!
See y’all in a couple weeks!

:cheers :cheers

Looking forward to this!!
We’ll knock out the remaining 3 bottles of Worcestershire. We’re newbies, but camped at Warner Field last year and looking forward to our first TP experience. Aiming for a late Saturday arrival. :drunk :baby :sunshine :dance

I will take care of the lime juice, need to balance out all the maple syrup with something sour. Not sure I agree with those who wish that the festival was here already, I would rather have another week to get ready and maybe do Blue Ox. But Sam Bush did say that he was going to work up a new opening for Telluride like the Blazing Saddles Theme he did in 2010.

I hope your bringing maple, Al! I agree, NEED MORE TIME! Flying out to NY for a week, only have one day to turn
around before heading out.

I think were pretty set except maybe so more horsey and more garnishes. I couple people reached out to me off the forum.

Hipchc, other than some more champagne, I think your set. I have some frozen blueberries for you, maybe see if I still have raspberries from garden. :flower

I’m bringing 3 horse radish too
Debbie

I’m officially in for a vodka, at least 2 garnishes, and some fancy toothpicks :thumbsup

So far I’ve got:
4 large cans tomato juice
1 large Worcestershire bottle
1 bottle Tabasco
1 small jar Pepperoncini
1 large jar Dill Zingers
:wave

Crap we won’t get there in time to enjoy…anything going on Tuesday?

Schedules still pending, the only events I know for sure:
Good Time Travelers are playing at Camp Run a Muck at 8pm, and the Tropical Tuesday party at Steamboat Crossings after that. Could be another event at 4, but nothing confirmed yet.
:cheers

WOOT WOOT !!! :thumbsup :thumbsup

We are looking good for Bloodys peoples!! Anyone searching for the bubbles instead, please bring some champagne. :flower

This year I’ve decided to move the location back down to the bath house where it had been for years. It’s easier to find, but more important, there is more room to hang out!! Which is the whole point to begin with :thumbsup

We’re planning to be setup by 10 am so those early risers don’t have to wait too long. We’ll stay set up until about 1 pm or we run out of the goods, or when interest has flown away. :clap

Those of you with non perishables can drop them off at Kamp Duc Tape anytime, I’ll have a bin set aside for the Bloody event. Or bring them by first thing Monday, I’ll be cooking bacon!

We will still need celery and ice, lots of ice. Last year I used the tip money to buy ice on the fly, so we could do that again. Celery we can get locally at the market.

Also, remind your neighbors to bring their festi cup! Though this year Eco Products is helping us out with compostable cups that we will have on hand for those that forgot, and the newbies … so a big shout out to Eco Products for all they do to help the Planet keep this festival sustainable!! :medal

Only 4 days until I’m heading out :drive
See y’all soon!
:cheers :rollin :cheers

Well I am a newbie, but will be coming into camp Sunday night. Bloodys on Monday morning sound glorious!!!
I in for some Arkansa Vodka and Tobacco, Celery Salt.
Or if there is something else that is needed, let me know. I haven’t stocked up just yet, so I can pick up whatever is needed.

Its FESTYTIME!!!

Misty
:wave

Howdy Ms Misty and Welcome :wave

That sounds good! You need to teach me how to blend in the tobacco so its’ flavor profile is just right!
Only thing I can think of is if your have any flavorful hot sauce to use as a condiment/garnish?

If you can make it by 3 pm, you can win a trip around Town Park in the Goddess Walk!
Regardless, have a safe drive :thumbsup

Can newbies join in? We will get there Friday night/ Saturday and haven’t gotten to camp in Town Park before. It’s also my first TBF. If so, what can we bring?

Newbies are encouraged to join in! You can definitely bring your favorite bloody garnishes. Looks like Paul waa still missing some Champaign for mimosas. I’m not sure if anything else is needed, but I’m sure Paul can fill you in!

Welcome to the fun! Make sure to fund your way up to us at Run a Muck for the worst shot you’ll enjoy all festival and any number of our solar powered shows!

Hi Erica :wave

Of course newbies can come! We all started in your shoes!! The community at this Festival is unlike anything I have experienced, and IMO, the Town Park experience before the actual festival starts, is what puts a smile on my face :thumbsup
and really sets the stage for the actual 4 days on the main stage.

Like Hot Sugar said, if you like mimosas, bring champagne. We seem to be short on that. For Bloodys bring your favorite condiments/garnishes. I do know we will need lots of ice and celery, but we can get that at the local market in town, so it’s fresh. But you are welcome to bring those lovely green stir sticks that become part of the whole ‘salad’ experience!
We will be arriving the same time so hopefully I’ll meet you then. Be sure to come by Kamp Duk Tape!

Get ready for the best week of the year!!
:cheers

The main reason why we have these prefestival events other than to amuse ourselves is that is how you get to meet everyone. Once the music starts on Thursday it’s hard for everyone to get together. So bring your glass and come make your new best friends.

Thanks for the responses Hot Sugar and Pass Port :cheers
I can bring a couple / few bottles of champagne! I’m looking forward to meeting everyone and enjoying the festivities. If I had my camper / or a freezer I would make these delicious little cubes. They make for better ice as they don’t water down your drink.

:thumbsup

We too are TP Newbee’s and we will bring some hot stuff from Western NC!!! Love bloody mary’s and love meeting new peeps. SO excited!
