It only seems like yesterday that we travelled over from Australia with NO IDEA what to expect at this festival.
What did we find? Lasting friendships with festivarians and a true love for the best, most fun and friendliest festival around.
Come with curiosity, open hearts and a smile. It’s wonderful.
And on the night before the festival starts catch the gondola up to Mountain Village ( it’s free, it’s easy, it’s spectacular) and come enjoy the great First Grass concert. It’s always a great night.
We are hosting a “ welcome to Telluride’ party on the grass in front of the stage for all the newcomers. We will have some snacks, there are drinks for sale. Come meet new friends and catch the festival spirit early.
We will have a green & gold flag with a kangaroo so you can find us, listen for the funny accents. Please don’t be shy. We met people in the gondola coming up in our first year and they are now some of our closest friends. That’s the Telluride magic and it’s why we keep flying back.
