Quick update on the ticket transfer process for 2025. Planet Bluegrass is working with SeeTickets to improve the automatic transfer process and they anticipate that should be formalized in the next month or so.
In the interim, if you want to transfer tickets safely, the best way to do so is to call Planet Bluegrass at 303-682-3991. The selling party will release the tickets to PB who will offer them a refund. Then the purchasing party will call and purchase the tickets directly from Planet Bluegrass. This method ensures the person selling the tickets actually has them (scammers won’t want to call PB) and deters scalping since PB will only do face value transfers.
