We are excited about our first visit to Telluride Bluegrass, we are driving down from Canada, in our 21’ campervan. We are not opposed to sleeping in a tent, but would prefer to sleep in the van (especially if it is raining). We don’t need power or water hookups. The Lawson RV area might be ideal, but it looks like it is sold out (but we are checking this forum to see if permits come up for sale). Next choice is Mary E, but I’m not sure I understand the rules - it says we can bring a vehicle in up to 22’ for an extra fee on top of the per person camping fee, that is fine, but does that allow us to sleep in our vehicle if we choose or is that just for parking? Any other suggestions for doing the festival in a campervan?
The Mary E Vehicle pass will allow you to camp in your vehicle.
Thank-you. i bought my camping passes this morning from shop.bluegrass.com. Surprisingly, I was also able to buy two 4-day passes from there. Yesterday these were showing as sold out, they must have added some additional tickets this morning and I got lucky.
