2018 single-day lineup

There will be, like Sam, Jerry, Bela, Emmy Lou …" and Billy Strings, Peter Rowan and Tim O’Brien. I have to believe he will pick his guests from the captive audience that will already be there!

This is what I was originally thinking, but since we already know all those artists will be there, you’d think there wouldn’t be any hesitation in releasing that info. Thats what leads me to believe there’s something more, either way going to be fun, interesting and exciting. Plus there’s typically a comedian performing too.

Thats what im hoping!

Sure would be fun to get Steve Martin back.

:thumbsup

I heard a rumor that the secret comedian performer will be Hot Sugar! :cheers

:lol :lol :lol

Sugar, moving up in the world!

Flaco Jimenez ??
Peter Rowans set is now listed with Free Mexican Airforce
Is Flaco still going to be there?

I hope so! As someone who grew up in South Texas, my life will be complete after hearing Flaco’s accordion bounce of those beautiful box canyon walls haha

Here’s the response I got on Facebook from Live From Here, when I asked when will they announce the Telluride guest performers.
“Live from Here Telluride will likely be a late announcement since you have to have tickets to the whole festival to attend anyway. Also, there will likely be some “surprise” guests on the day of the show, so you’ll have to tune in (or be there!) to find out!”

Sadly, Flaco has had to cancel. He had health concerns about the altitude in Telluride. (He’s 79 years old!)

We’ll sure miss Flaco, but Peter is still really excited to play with Free Mexican Airforce - for the first time on the TBF stage in 10 years!

I am sad to hear that, but definitely understand. Still very much excited to see Peter with the FMA! I wonder if they will bring anyone to play accordian or it is Flaco or bust.

Thanks for the update Brian

Thank you Brian. Looking forward to seeing the whole PB gang again next month. You folks do a fantastic job every year.

Billy will be gone already, but if the I’m With Her ladies are still in town, I would imagine they will be there.
