Really excited to see Greensky closing out Friday night! That will be one hell of a ride. I’m also pleased to see that John will be around this year. The only problem I can see is that I’ll have trouble getting away from the main stage to catch all of The Dusters’ nightgrass show, because I’m pretty sold on all of the closers. Here’s hoping for a Thursday night since the main stage usually lets out before nightgrass on Thursdays. Making people choose between The Dusters and Greensky or The Dusters and Salmon just seems cruel.

Shaping up to be another epic festival!! :concert

Where is Pokey on Sunday?

Oh my, that list list just goes on and on. It read like;

“Oh, great, yeah, OH YEAH, DAMN, wait he can’t pull all this out just on thursday, Oh, yes he can!, Oooh OOH YEAH!!”

And finally “Dang this is gonna be fun!”

Great Line Up.

Is Cowan “at large”? With The House Band?

Life is hard, eh Sugar? :cheers

Woops… I fixed my original lineup post below. Pokey plays Sunday afternoon before the Stringdusters. Thanks for catching that! I can’t wait for his set!

Yep. Cowan is a special guest throughout the festival.

Not that is one really sweet thing to look forward to this year. Can’t wait!

Brian, have to give you and PB credit. This is an awesome lineup!

He wears his heart on his sleeve & tries to tell it like it is; and sometimes people don’t like to hear it.

Adams played Fest a few years ago. Something (alcohol? drugs? killer flank steak?) was obviously affecting his performance. It was sloppy at best (at times much worse). I couldn’t handle it and left with a lot of the crowd. It was the only time I left the Fest because of a performance.

He had been a darling of the music critics, so I was looking forward to his appearance, and totally disappointed. But the critics still love him, and his new CD is getting fabulous reviews so I’m more than willing to give him another shot. We all have bad nights (me probably way more bad nights than Adams!) so I’m looking forward to a big redemption.

Hes not putting on a flippin show, hes giving you a piece of himself. That is true Art. Passion, expression no matter what or where it comes from is positive especially in these days of scripted behavior. Perhaps he does not fit the groove, which I can relate to…raw courage to express raw feelings. Most excellent. :medal

As usual, the festival looks incredible.

Pretty excited to see Dave and Gillian closing out Thursday night, plus Pokey LaFarge, Sara Watkins, Greensky, the Dusters, Punch Brothers and how could I not mention Del…stellar lineup this year, as usual, can’t wait for nightgrass announcements.

Put me in a room where there is freedom of self and I am in the correct place. Hope you are a beacon of light! I appreciate your openness and willingness to communicate and not just blow smoke. Meaty gal you! :medal :lol Lets talk under a tree by the river, maybe in June. :medal

Having Johnny C back is pretty epic!!

Nice addition of Mandolin Orange! :thumbsup

And whoa Ryan Adams!? Now I don’t feel so bad about not getting tix to his Red Rocks show!

No Trout Steak Revival though!? :huh

Me and the wife will be first timers this year. Have 3 day passes, Mary I camping. This fest has been on my bucket list for quite a while. Will be making the roadie from TN, also first time to the real Mountains. Sooo many great bands on the lineup. Beyond pleased. I think the only lingering question I have after hours spent in this forum is, How do I make sure that I don’t miss out on the Nightgrass lottery???

massively cool about greensky getting to close out the friday show!!!

great move PB :thumbsup
