Rain is a factor as well, good rain gear, day showers are common and are brief, and fun to play in .

I’m also a Florida Native and You aren’t kidding about that Sun! For those with light brown hair that wished it were closer to blonde, don’t sweat it. My hair went light in four days last year with no salt air! (and thanks to Hooch for the great picutre!)
