Speaking of town vs. camping (and maybe this should be a new thread), are there any meetups planned that are accessible to all? I’m in town, as well, so won’t have the bracelet to enter the campgrounds (that’s how it works, right?) but would love to convene/drink beer/high five/etc. at some point. We will prob get in Weds afternoon.

Zack, you can still get into Town Park on Wednesday. Depending on what time you get in, you could drop your stuff off in town and then come party with us in Town Park. Otherwise, we usually have a photo shoot inside the festival grounds. I can’t really think of any official meetings outside of the campground once Thursday has hit, though.

I will let you know what flavors we make and I will hold some aside for us and Zac and anyone else. If there is a group we can do a Thursday Condo Crawl. Collectively choose flavors, make on Thursday A.M. ish and gather for a jello condo crawl to fest sometime that eve. careful what you wish for however, not to much planin keep it lose and free. Rule #1 remember…

How about Hiezenberg’s Blue Ice, a blueberry jello with vodka?
I believe jello shots are pretty easy to make, boil water, add the chemical goo, a splash of
octane, and chill to set up.
Once they’re set, I don’t know how long they last out of the fridge, I suppose there is plenty of time to experiment with that one.
OK, now we need to figure out a plan and a schedule.
Here’s the deal:
It has to be Wednesday, since Australian fan won’t arrive until then and the festival starts the next day.
Here’s the dilemma:
Wednesday at about 5:00 PM is Rumballs at the MASH tent and my official kick-off of the festival.
Wednesday at about 6:00 PM is the potluck at Camp Billy.
Firstgrass is going on up in Mountain Village Wednesday night right after rumballs.
When can we get together for Lind to get her drink and the rest of us losers to hand out jello shots? :huh

Planet Bluegrass is not about to let us in the gates with Jello shots, and those that are in condos won’t be able to get into Town Park starting Thursday morning.
Any other ideas out there?

Oh yeah, condo dweller. Seems like the ‘problem’ has been solved by anearly arrival.
This years schedule is still up in the air and I need to get some people to come forward if they want some of the events to continue.

As a mobility-impaired “condo-dweller”, I won’t be on the grounds until Festival start-time Thursday. Linds, give me a time and day to meet you at the beer tent, and you can have a couple on me, since I was one of the many losers of the bet (but given the stellar lineup, we’re all winners!).

I am not a big drinker and happy to show you how we do it in Colorado. However not the focus. Fun is hiking Bear Creek at 6 A.M. the music is the focus for me. Im really nice till the music starts. Then I don’t talk to anyone. :lolSoyeah we got yer Jello, bring it on!
