It seems this posting thread has gotten little off track, but toward the salient point therein I would observe that unless fair notice was posted in the Planet ticket store (I may have missed it), we have become consumers of a mislabeled, misrepresented product, Warner Field tickets, as previously the product contained more camping than before. I hope I’m wrong, but in the event the impact of shortening the camping days for Warner tickets was dismissed as not a relevant or responsible piece of information for TBF to inform their customers of would be a disingenuous, inconsiderate mislabeling, seemingly dismissive of the trust, faith and goodwill we have previously assumed. Maybe I missed the fine print, similar to the shrinking container of ice cream, charcoal, coffee, etc. Ouch.

It’s not up to PB, it’s up to the Town of Telluride. PB probably didn’t know until recently about the change for WF, and basically their hands are tied in this matter. At least they can still offer that camping, but if too many people complain about it, it may become obsolete. The festival has gotten so big and so popular, yet they still do an amazing job, year after year. We need to applaud them for all they do, not criticize. THEY make it happen for US, so quit your gripin’ and be thankful that they do a great job and that Telluride hasn’t said to them, “We no longer want you here.” Unthinkable, yes, unlikely, yes, but possible? Unfortunately, yes to that too.
I realize it may put a crimp in plans for some, but hey, if you’re lucky enough to get to come, then you’re lucky enough. Period.

One less day of camping, yet the price remains the same?

Strange and sad. I will miss not having that extra “buffer” day…ohh well.

Hope ya’all have a great holiday and great festival season.

:wave

Well… at least look at the bright side…you get to enjoy a few ball games before the festival…just hope it doesn’t go into extra innings :lol

O.K., I was wrong to accuse TBF for mislabeling. My friends have pointed out the Warner camping days are clearly stated. I made an assumption based on the many years of Tuesday opening and didn’t read anything in my haste to buy Warners, after being shut-out for Town Park. Change! Who needs it?

Im so backing away from this thread …
:cheers

Yes indeed, here is the low down
