Shade Chairs - Can we get a verdict?

I’ll change that to… “my four years” and second that motion!!! :thumbsup

A group of us were talking about how hard it is for us “older” festivarians to get in and out of, down into and up from, the low chairs, and that hopefully in the not-too-distant future there will be a section off to maybe the east side where we can have a normal sized chair section. I know my knees would sure appreciate it, and so would T Tom’s feet! :thumbsup
They certainly aren’t any higher than the shade tents that folks put up.

And we are wondering it if it’s time to push the Keltys further back. “No 3 sided Keltys in the front row of shades”. See, if everyone would listen to Debbie, and use EZUps (or at least more open Coleman or similar shades), we wouldn’t block the view as much, and we also would create “cooler” shade (the Keltys really are just little saunas). We decided the best place was the second “row” of shades, behind an EZ up.

Debbie is a genius. I’ll park my ez-up in front of your Kelty and share my shade any day!

The only advantage to the Kelty is their small size and light weight when packed. I just can’t see all those Kelty-lovers buying larger, heavier ez-ups.

Then they should sit in the back!

I had the fortunate experience of seeing the set up on Friday (?) morning and it was wonderful to find, Debbie and Steve, Bevin and Company and the Stamps Family all joined together with one other new festi-friend making a full quad, AND making sure their Kelty counterparts could see through the quad. How considerate of all of you.
