Not sure if the problem is on my end, but when I click on the 2025 calendar, it just takes me to my Google calendar? This is still the best resource for new TP folks!
Are you on your phone or computer? It doesn’t seem to work on phones all of the time. I can manually add you if you can’t get it to work.

I did some testing it’s possible that it may have added the calendar to your calendars automatically. Check on the left pane to see if it shows up. Maybe text me screenshot if not.
Also having issues with the 2025 calendar an my computer. It takes me to my google calendar and says “you do not have access to…” Much appreciated resource, very easy to loose track of time in TP. Thanks!
Whoops, that’s my bad. This should now be fixed!
Where is this calendar of which we speak?
It’s at the bottom of the original post in this thread. Here it is again!
2025 Events Calendar:
(this will be updated for 2025 as we confirm events)
Calendar of scheduled Town Park Events, Main Stage, Nightgrass, and Workshops (as announced)
It works best to subscribe on a non-mobile device - if it’s not working, feel free to PM me with your e-mail address and I can add you manually
What’s the word on food storage at camp? Also, planning to arrive with my son on Tuesday morning. We’ll have two tents and large Coleman pop up. Am I going to have issues finding a spot at Town Park?
Food storage happens at about the same rate it does in the other 49 states, but you have to avoid over exposure to Frog.
Thanks Todd.
Also, you shouldn’t have any issues finding a good spot on Tuesday morning! Best thing is to pull in, and do a walk about with a tarp, meet folks and find your spot. It might appear to be a bit packed, but just ask around and folks will guide you into a sweet spot!
Hey all! Thank you so much for putting this amazing resource together for noobs! This will be my second year at TBF and first year camping in Town Park. Our group has one vehicle pass and three camping passes. We are planning to arrive late on Monday night and are still a little confused on what to expect… Are there actually reserved spots for the vehicle pass holders? Do we need to arrive within a certain window of time for organizers to check our passes and let us into the campground? Any etiquette we should consider with a vehicle pass that we might not be aware of? TIA!!
Howdy! Glad this was a good resource for ya!
If you’re arriving Monday, there’s not a ‘reserved’ site for you but if you DM me your information ( vehicle make, length, planned arrival date/time & your contact info), we can make sure we have the right size spot secured for you folks when you arrive!
There’s no check in time, whenever you show up staff will work to find a spot for you.
NOOB HERE: got a Town Park Camping pass for 2026! (ISO a vehicle pass):
This is all such great info- I’m grateful for the resource. I haven’t quite seen the size limitations for a camp? I’m one person- looking to meet and hang! Im hoping to have 1 tent, 1 pop up kitchen vibe area. I also DJ- fun funky house music- I know it’s not Bluegrass- but it’s a good time! Just wondering if we are confined at all by size?
Howdy and welcome! No official size limitations imposed by PB (except vehicle length of you have a vehicle pass). The size of camp can sometimes be limited by your arrival though. Don’t expect to throw up a 20x20 tent and a 10x10 ez-up if you’re showing up on Wednesday, ya know?
You won’t need a vehicle pass if you are tent camping. There are only about 30 vehicle passes and they are specifically for camper trailers, RV’s and vans for sleeping inside. No one has their vehicles parked in camp!
Yea, I was maybe hoping to snag a vehicle pass so that I could bring this small mini pop up camper. If not, I will enjoy the tent!
Ok thanks! I plan to arrive the Saturday prior to snag a spot and hang out with the people!
