Transpo to and from airport? I think someone last year suggested that I rent a car,
Gear? Minimum camping gear necessary? Sleeping bag and very small tent? What else?

No need to bother with a rental unless you want to take extra time for sightseeing. There is plenty of public ground transport and super shuttle can drop you right at the campground.

Not to be too discouraged by this but… HONESTLY… I ran out of checks last week! :swearing I am so used to paying almost everything online that I didn’t realize i was running low. My bank put an order in for me but who knows when they will come. i live out here in the sticks called Kansas! :argh
why does this make me laugh? Maybe it is the irony of always being broke because festivals have to be paid for so much in advance that i am too broke to go to a FREE festival!
