June 9.
Town Park rules state that nobody can camp for more than 7 days in any single month, and that is 7 days before Planet Bluegrass takes over. :flower
Miki, I read another post from these great folks (can’t remember when) and they’re taking the long boat out for an extended float. FESTIVVVAAALLL!!! is only part of their cruise. OK, we know it’s the best part, but hey, the other ports of call aren’t that bad! :thumbsup
(I know, my brain went to lower altitude. Sorry about that. Must be the thin air I’ve been dreaming about )
Aunti Hope we love boats especially Jam Cruise where lots of TBF bands play. Land shark Vermont IS on the other side of the planet. I had to smile tonight when at our first stop, Niagara Falls, what did I see? None other than Bridal Veils Falls. Everything keeps circling back to Telluride. Loving life and Yes we have left.
Finally arrived in the state of CO. today. Snow capped peaks at Rocky Mt National greeted us. They are part of the prep for Telluride. Started drinking the water so we will be acclimated by the time Festival beveraging comes around. Just a few more weeks now WOOO HOOO
Summer in Colorado will tear up with beauty! Everywhere you turn another beautiful sight. Enjoy, relax and take your time, but don’t move here :lol Getting crowded :flower
Although swap Morrison for Golden, which is no that much of a stretch. I’ve got a Vegas Weekend and a Work Trip to break up the time…but I’m def. in the wrong line of work.
I get so jealous of all you fine people with the time to take a leisurely stroll down to TRide…instead of a Mad Scramble from cubicle to festichair and back. :lol
Well I am in Sacramento, CA so there is not such thing as taking a casual stroll down to Telluride. 1100 miles and counting away from Festival…but the drive is worth…drive back is a b—h though. I leave in FOUR weeks from tomorrow! :pirate
