Saw Steve Earle on Saturday night at an in-store gig in Denver. He said he’d be back through Colorado in July or August when the fly-fishing was good, so it sounds like he’s out. His new album is out today (very blues oriented), and he said he was making his last appearance on Letterman this Monday, the 23rd. He almost cried when he said it.

Well my wife always gets mad at me because I don’t read the instructions.
Round two of my guess–Bill Nershi with some friends. ( I saw a few members of SCI are playing a festival the same weekend in Colorado and he is not named. I know he is playing with the Traveling Mccoury’s this spring).
So…my apologies if everyone else saw this, but AKUS announced yesterday that they’re going to be playing a show with Willie Nelson in Salt Lake City on June 20. How can this NOT end with Willie playing TBF…just a hop skip and a jump away…please please please please please please
