I live at 7000’ and I still have to adjust when I go to Telluride. It’s so dry right now which does not help the fact that higher elevation tends to give me nosebleeds. And ladies, don’t be surprised if you get your period. Used to happen to me every time even if it wasn’t time. Be prepared.

My daughter is good for at least one or two nosebleeds every year. This year gonna try and remember to bring some saline spray.
